Bambu Salz

​Bambu® Salz is een uniek Koreaans bamboezout dat wordt geproduceerd door ongeraffineerd zeezout, zoals fleur de sel, te verrijken met mineralen uit bamboe en rode bergklei. Dit proces omvat het vullen van holle bamboestengels met zeezout, die vervolgens worden afgesloten met mineraalrijke rode bergklei en gebakken op dennenhout bij temperaturen tot 1300°C.
